Hi, I’m Dania Istaitie. After working in luxury retail at Ounass (Al Tayer Group) and operating brands across e-commerce platforms including Amazon, I discovered my passion for helping brands build with both purpose and commercial clarity.
Founding my own sustainable fashion brand, ACTIVEIST, gave me firsthand experience navigating ethical production, supplier sourcing, pricing strategy, and market entry. It also showed me how difficult it can be for emerging brands to find trusted partners and build responsible supply chains.
That experience led to the creation of Studio Ethica — a consulting studio designed to help fashion brands refine their strategy, connect with ethical manufacturers, and scale confidently into markets like the UAE and wider GCC.

The Journey That Shaped the Mission
Building ACTIVEIST was my real-world MBA in conscious brand building.
What began as a passion for ethical fashion quickly revealed the real challenges founders face, finding trusted manufacturers, navigating production complexities, and breaking into new markets.
